Whether you're headed for Oregon's Mt. Hood wilderness or Washington's gorgeous Mt. Adams, you can be sure students will walk away changed, as they learn basic map and compass skills, backcountry cooking and how to camp in the wilderness using Leave No Trace principles. Beyond these learning basics, your teens will gain experience needed to be leaders and followers, and may involve an invite into leadership positions on the trail. Our guides will also engage your group in conversations and memorable activities to help you bond as a group and challenge students to take next steps in their growing relationships with Christ. We have a variety of options, from four days ($240) to six days ($360), or a Mountains to Missions trip combining both backpacking and missions in downtown Portland.
