Vision for YD
I am excited to help continue the legacy of Youth Dynamics. For almost 40 years YD has been a leader in reaching teenagers in the Northwest. As a youth worker in the region since 1985, I know that teens are just as lost as ever and that the NW is statistically still the most unreached region of the United States. Youth Dynamics is strategically poised to make a difference in those numbers.
I'm thrilled to join a team of nearly 50 youth workers who are committed to going where others have been unable or unwilling to go; who raise their own funds, and in many places are called to break up the fallow ground. These are my kind of people: rugged, entrepreneurial, dreamers, who are highly committed both to the Lord and to teenagers, and who realize that together we can make a difference for eternity far greater than any of us could accomplish on our own. As Executive Director it will be my goal to encourage and empower each youth worker to carry out what the Lord has put in their heart to do to reach teenagers. May the Lord of the Harvest give us laborers for this vast harvest field; strength for the task; and a spirit of unity that will propel Youth Dynamics into the next chapter of this epic journey he has allowed us to play a role in.
