Page Photo My mom recently reminded me of the day back in college when I first looked at YD Adventures' web page and I called her on the phone to tell her "I know what I want to do with my life." Looking back, its amazing to see how God began preparing me on that day five years ago for my current role with YD Adventures. My Jr. year of college I applied for a summer staff position as a backcountry guide for the Washington branch. I grew a lot in my faith through my two summers of ministy and saw the outdoors as an incredible tool to share Christ with youth. I graduated from George Fox University with an interdiciplinary degree in Christian Ministries, Business and Health and Human Performace with a minor in Camping. My husband and I became resourse staff with YD Adventures Oregon in 2005. That summer I began raising support and now work full time in the summer and part time during the off season with YD Adventures Oregon. I have worked at Christian camps and adventure ministires for 9 seasons, including five seasons with YD Adventures.
