Here are the prayer and praise items for May:

May 1: Chris Stay would like prayer for his leadership with SWR summer staff.  Pray they would grow closer to Christ.

May 2: Paul Spence would like prayer for the conditional use permit hearing for YDA ID facitlites and summer staff training.

May 3: Pray for Mark Moder meeting with youth leaders at Soulitude at SWR.  Pray for refreshment and renewal with the Lord.

May 4: Pray for Nooksack Valley students gathering today at drop in.  Tim Nieuwsma is recruiting students for summer trips.

May 5: Dave Heinen would like prayer for Republic HS students celebrating Prom tonight. Pray for safety and protection.

May 6: Pray for golfer recruitment for YD golf marathon. Sarah Strickland is praying for God’s provision for YD staff.

May 7: Pray for Dave Oliver and Moses Lake YD students tonight.  Pray for Bill Higgins and God to raise support partners.

May 8: Pray for Ryan and Susan Bentley and YDA ID staff to be faithful to share Christ with 2400 rafters this summer. 

May 9: Pray for Heather Utley and the YD Scholarship appeal this month.  Pray for God’s provision for YD students.

May 10: Praise God for Jonas and Melanie Kudsen’s baby Nora and Daniel and Liz Weston’s baby Titus born in April.

May 11: Pray for YDA OR staff:  Jeremy Bucher, Dave Hanthorn, Raychel Swallow, Becky Arnold & Jerry Nesseth.

May 12: Pray for Rich & Amy Heidecker & Billy McMahan and end of school year activities for students in Anacortes.

May 13: Pray for God’s provision for housing for Mark and Heidi Moder.  Pray for Jed and Jade Barth and their family.

May 14: Praise God for Aaron Spratt’s service with Whidbey Island YD.  Pray for the Spratt family’s move to Indiana.

May 15: Pray for encouragement on the YD staff call today. Pray for Jessica Ronhaar and Arlington YD students.

May 16: Pray for Paul Heeren, Jim Foss, Cindy Cram, Regina Carlos, Ken Solem, and SWR Round Up fundraiser.

May 17: Praise God for new SWR interns:  Kevin & Jordyn Pratt, and Trevor & Megan Zahn. Pray for teachable hearts.

May 18: Pray for new YD staff raising support: Amber Stacy, Heidi Ladiges, Mike Gaines, Courtney Remmenga, Peter VonGrey.

May 19: Pray for Greg Johnson and the SWR Round Up fundraiser today.  Pray God would raise up new ministry partners!

May 20: Praise God for Curt Dunlop’s leadership and renewed passion for YDA OR staff to share Christ this summer.

May 21: Pray for Concrete YD students doing a community service project tonight.  Thank God for Kevik and Marta Rensink and Concrete YD staff.

May 22: Bronco and Jo Huge thank God for His grace in Jo’s cancer treatments.  Pray for the start of radiation treatments for Jo this week.

May 23: Pray for Rick D’Atre, Shane Land and Aaron Bryant training summer staff this week. Pray for teachable hearts and growth in Christ.

May 24: Pray for YDA interns summer season:  Rachel Young, Julie Brezicha, Lesley Hollingsworth, and Zach Iverson.

May 25: Pray for Jerre Della, Teci Greydanus and Carmen Bruner and Support Services.  Pray for God’s provision for all YD staff.

May 26: Pray for Clint Cullins and Mike Sharpmack training summer staff for YDA ID.  Pray for strength and God’s protection.

May 27: Pray for Jared Harrison and Kiralee Nichols preparations for their wedding on June 1.  Pray for their future involvement with YD.

May 28: Remember those who have served our country and our Lord Jesus on this Memorial Day.  Thank God for our freedoms!

May 29: Pray for Brian Williams and Meredith Falk Eldrege preparing for summer meetings with students at Whidbey Island YD.

May 30: Pray for baccalaureate service for Republic HS seniors tonight.  Thank God for His work in YD teens who are graduating this spring.

May 31: Pray for guidance in the YD Board’s future meetings.  Pray for Tim Johnson and YD’s relationship with youth pastors and churches.
