What a sobering verse, but this is what has challenged me year after year to honestly evaluated my journey with Christ.

I would not choose to work with any other age or stage – teenagers are the best! I see so much potential in them and desire that every single one meet Jesus before they leave high school. For 20+ years now, I have had the privilege of inviting youth to follow my example as I work to follow the example of Christ. Starting with YD in 1999, I worked for 15 years in a variety of different positions within this great organization. Now back after a 7-year break to spend more time with our beautiful boys, I look forward to the new adventures with Jesus, teens, and some phenomenal fellow missionaries.
