About Juan Paz
I was born in Guatemala, and came to the USA at the age of 19. As an Immigrant, I faced many challenges in a new country. As I started to follow the Lord, I knew there was a deep call on my life to serve.
I met my wife, Stacie, helping plant a multi-cultural/multi-ethnic church in South Central Los Angeles, California. I moved to the great Pacific Northwest believing that God was calling my family to move by faith. As I searched for more of God’s direction in my life, the Lord opened up a door for me to work with high schoolers in 2011. As a teacher/mentor, the Lord showed me the great need for His love, and hope in the public education system. Since then, Stacie and I have been mentoring youth and pouring out the Love of Jesus at every opportunity they encounter. Currently we are serving as youth pastors at the River Church in Camas, Washington, and staff through Youth Dynamics in Parkrose, Oregon.
