About Stilly Valley Youth Dynamics

Youth Dynamics in Stilly Valley has been reaching out to teens in the Stilly Valley through building relationships and providing life-changing experiences since 1994. Our successes have been significant, measured by the changed lives of individual teens in our community.

Youth Dynamics runs the Mud Hut, a drop-in center for youth in Arlington, the Den in Oso, and the Spot in downtown Stanwood. We also work with local schools, churches, and cities to help offer the youth of our community a place to belong.

Finally, we take youth on adventure trips allowing them to experience something new and different—stretching them to do more and learn that they can accomplish whatever they put their minds to.

High School Ministry:

We have an active presence in Stanwood High School, Lincoln High School, Arlington High School, Weston High School, and Darrington High School. We offer support to the schools, serve in various leadership and support roles. We are actively seeking staff to help us be present at Lakewood High School and in the Lakewood community.

Middle School Ministry:

We are present and active in Stanwood Middle School and Port Susan Middle School. We are also working with the leadership students at Post Middle School. We are seeking staff to help us have a more active presence at Haller Middle School and Lakewood Middle School.

Young Adult Ministry:

We work closely with young adults in our community, ranging from 18-late 20’s. We offer a young adult small group, as well as leadership training and opportunities.

Rural:

We work in our local Rural Community of Darrington, WA. In Darrington, we partner with the local high school to offer mentorship and other activities.

Community Outreach:

The Spot, the Den, and the Mud Hut are drop-in youth centers that offer a safe place for students to hang out, play video games, eat food, and have safe, caring, and loving people in their lives.
