Youth Dynamics’ vision is to see youth transformed by the power of Christ, integrated into the local church, and impacting their world for Him. This seasonal
ministry position exists to support this vision by leading youth into opportunities to experience God’s
creation through adventures and connecting those experiences to real-life situations they are facing.
Youth Dynamics offers two internship opportunities designed to help you grow in your faith, leadership, and calling.
The Summit Internship is a 10-month discipleship and leadership journey beginning September 2026, designed to equip emerging leaders for relational youth ministry.
Through hands-on experience, cohort learning, and intentional spiritual growth, interns deepen their faith, develop leadership skills, and learn to share the Gospel through authentic relationships and adventure-based ministry.
With opportunities in community ministry, adventure ministry, and leadership development, interns commit to approximately 8 hours per week and can choose between a paid internship ($500 per month) or a scholarship option that contributes $5,000 toward their education.
The Summit Internship combines practical ministry experience with mentorship and reflection to help interns explore their calling and grow as Christ-centered leaders.
The Ministry Experience Internship is a flexible 3-18 month opportunity designed for individuals exploring a call to ministry or seeking a short-term missionary experience.
Interns serve alongside experienced Youth Dynamics staff while growing in their faith, leadership, and relational ministry skills.
Through ministry experience in community, adventure, or administrative settings, interns gain real-world understanding, intentional mentorship, and spiritual development.
The Ministry Experience internship includes support raising, structured training opportunities, and regular coaching, all while providing space to discern future vocational calling.
