About José
José and his wife Megan have served youth all over the globe. José grew up in Texas in one of the border cities. He came to a saving faith in Jesus when he was a teen, through the example and faithfulness of his mother and his church family. Having experienced a calling to minister to youth when he was 17, he has remained faithful to that calling for nearly 3 decades. He has led many youth on adventure trips from the boundary waters of Northern Minnesota to the majestic European Alps. He has spent over 20 years working with youth in relational adventure ministry with organizations like Young Life and Youth For Christ.
Most days you will find José spending time with people and unpacking their stories. Other days you might join him on some sweet gnarly mountain bike singletrack or a park bench between rounds of disc golf or at a kitchen table learning a new card or boardgame. José and Megan love pouring into the next generation of youth leaders and desire to be encouragers and equippers of future generations. They are the proud parents of 3 grown children who share their love of outdoors and Jesus.
