About Skagit Valley Youth Dynamics

Since 1975 Skagit Valley Youth Dynamics is engaging local youth by offering relevant and powerful life-changing opportunities. By connecting students with caring adults, we challenge them to step out of their comfort zone and fall in love with God and His creation. We also offer leadership opportunities and the kind of adventures youth are born to experience. Most importantly, we invite youth to know and follow Christ.

We provide a safe place for teens to explore their faith with youth from Mount Vernon High School, Mount Vernon Christian, Sedro Woolley High School, Burlington Edison High School, Skagit Academy, and both State Street and Burlington North Alternative Schools.

High School Ministry:

Every Monday night, students from local high schools come and bring their friends to play games, build relationships with caring adults, have a safe place to struggle through challenges, and learn about Jesus.

Every Wednesday after school, students who want to talk on a deeper level about challenges they face, faith, God, and whatever. We follow this with a family-style sit-down dinner.

 

Middle School Ministry:

We feel God leading us to minister to a younger generation. We are seeking staff and volunteers with the heart to seek students attending our local middle schools in Skagit Valley. If you are interested, please contact Danny.

 

Student Leadership Ministry:

We have a dynamic student leadership team consisting of high school students who help plan events, pray for fellow students, and receive discipleship training. Leadership students are eligible and encouraged to attend the Life, and Leadership Training (LLT) and Leadership Training (LT) offered during the summer at Stonewater.
