Retreat at Stonewater

Stonewater is Youth Dynamics’ 158-acre youth ministry facility tucked in the heart of the Cascades, just 30 minutes from Steven’s Pass and Leavenworth. Facilitating adventure trips, leadership training, and retreats for teens, young adults, and youth workers.

Youth Retreats and Adventures

Stonewater specializes in serving youth groups and their leaders from 10-85 people in our Chalet and Lodge. For larger groups, our campgrounds can accommodate up to 100 people. We offer fully facilitated or self-programmed retreats to help your youth group discover life in Christ and provide opportunities to grow deeper in their faith. The Lodge

The Lodge sleeps up to 30 people, and it features high ceilings and a bright, beautiful sun room. On the main level is the sun room, living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath. On the lower level is a game room, laundry room, 1 bedroom with bathroom, and an additional 1/2 bath. On the upper level are 4 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom.

Bathrooms: 4 (5 toilets, 4 showers)

Amenities: fully equipped kitchen, TV, living room, dining room, pool table, ping pong, laundry room, sunroom, wood burning fireplace (wood provided), outdoor grill.

The Chalet

The Chalet is a great facility for groups of up to 45 people. The building is split level, with staggered half floors and ten bedrooms. The upstairs features a living room/dining room next to a large kitchen. The lower level has a game room and a laundry room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are scattered through every level.

The Renberg Rec Center

The Renberg Rec. Center is a great multi-purpose facility for group activities.The Renberg Rec. Center is a great multi-purpose facility for group activities. Access ping pong in the basement and tubes, snowshoes, and cross country skis in the winter.

Camping

$10 per person per night

Stonewater has several different camping areas that gives each group their own space. With green grass, running water, picnic tables, portable toilets and fire pits at each site they are the perfect camping spot for groups.

Amenities (available at all campsites): water, fire pits, picnic tables. (Some campgrounds offer hut style tents and screened in kitchen shelters.)

Knoll Campsite

Nestled in the back of the property, accessible by walking bridge over a little creek. It has access to two platform tents with a 12-person capacity per tent, and a kitchen shelter alongside standard amenities.

Needle Horse Campsite

Offers a four-season platform tent that holds up to 12 people. Across the creek from the Knoll Campsite, these two neighboring campsites are a great pairing for a large group.

Cottonwood Campsite

Across the creek, behind the barn, Cottonwood offers a kitchen shelter and space for parking campers. No hook-ups are available at any of our campsites.

Entiat Campsite

Neighboring our Adventure Center and Barn, it holds great views of Entiat Ridge and a grassy field for tents and play.

Family and Church Retreats and Adventures

Stonewater offers amenities and adventures for various groups, from family reunions to church retreats. Lodging options include dorm-style and RV/tent sites. We offer fully-facilitated or self-programming retreats.

Personal Retreats for Pastors and Full-time Ministry Workers

Need a place to rest, restore, and renew? Stonewater is the choice for you and your loved ones to relax and rejuvenate for a few days. Book a time between Monday through Thursday and receive a discounted rate.

The Personal Retreat offer is designed for individual restoration for ministers and their families. However, if you have a group of pastors or full-time ministers needing a retreat, call us, and we can work within your budget.
