| If you’ve known me for any length of time, you’ll know I love a good game of cribbage, I feel at home when I’m standing on a glacier, I enjoy bananas that are yellow with a twinge of green, and thrive by connecting with others. My husband, Lien, and I love exploring creation together on bikes, skis, paddleboards, and on foot. Adventure ministry has been, and continues to be an important part of both of our lives. I’ve enjoyed being a part of Youth Dynamics as an intern, summer staff, and volunteer since 2022. I’m thankful to continue being involved with Stonewater now as the Associate Staffing Manager, and the opportunity this role offers for connecting with teenagers and young adults. I see adventure ministry as a powerful tool God uses to break through the noise of life, revealing fear and insecurity as well as providing opportunities for students and staff to develop trust and reliance on others. I believe the key to raising up new leaders in today’s teenagers and young adults is through intentional relationships with other believers, because my own life has been impacted by those who chose to invest in me and show me what living for Christ looks like in everyday life. |
